Shipping:
Expert Stitch strives to provide the most economical shipping possible, and as such, our products ship based on the weight and measurement of the products. All shipping charges are subject to be changed even after an order is submitted. Handling charges are included in the cost that are generated online. If the customer chooses to process the order through to Expert Stitch, the total dollar amount agreed to will be charged to the customer's credit card.
Overnight shipping is available upon request.

Minimum Order:
No minimum orders on retail orders except in the instance that the customer is choosing to purchase a wholesale roll which has an 100 yard minimum.

Order Changes/Cancellations:
Expert Stitch orders are processed immediately ,for same-day shipment
once
received by 1:00 pm est. Orders received after 1:00 pm will be
processed next
business day. Changes or cancellations can not be made. If an order
ships that
you wish to cancel, simply refuse the entire order on arrival. You will
be
responsible for all freight charges and a 20% restocking fee on refused
deliveries. To return a portion of the order, please see Product Return Policy below. Orders are shipped Mondays through Fridays.

Back-Ordered Items:
Expertstitch makes its best effort to maintain a high inventory level
on all
items. In the event that all items on an order cannot ship together, we
will
ship all in-stock items immediately. Upon availability, the remaining
items
will be ship and additional shipping charges will be applied. If you
prefer to
hold the entire order until all items are in stock, please advise your
account
representative.

Payment Terms: -
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex. - We also offer COD
(cashier's
check/money order). All COD orders are subject to a $7.50 fee per box
by the
carrier. - Bank Wire Transfer. (Required for all International orders,
no
exceptions.) - Returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 bank charge. -
In
order to keep prices low, Expert Stitch does not offer open terms for
new
accounts. Past Due Accounts: Open account privileges may be suspended
and
credit limit decreased if invoices for any month are not paid when due
within
published terms, and subsequent orders may be held until the account
balance is
reduced to a current status.
Interest will be charged on past due amounts up to the maximum legal
rate.
Reasonable attorney’s fees and other collection costs will be
added to
collection claims.

Freight Terms:
All freight is F.O.B. Lithonia, GA.
Our goal is to provide accurate and efficient shipping.
Express shipping service on 3-5 day business are not available on packages weighing 100 lbs or more. Packages weighing 30 lbs or more are not eligible for 1-2 day shipping service.
For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada, shipping and handling charges will be emailed to you for approval prior to shipment release if costs exceed the stated rates. All orders are priced in $USD. International orders may be subject to duty, additional taxes and fees. The customer assumes responsibility for such fees upon delivery.

Return Policy:
Obtaining a Return Authorization Number:
If you wish to return a product to Expertstitch.com, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA, you may send an e-mail to: service@expertstitch.com, call customer service at 1-(866)349-9611.
The form must be submitted within 30 calendar days from your invoice date. An RMA number is valid for 30 calendar days from issue date. Products received by Expertstitch with an expired RMA number will be refused and returned to Customer at Customers expense. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number and all returns must be shipped prepaid via any common carrier (i.e. UPS, Airborne, FedEx). Tracking information is required.
EXCEPTIONS:
For defective product returns or Expertstitch shipping errors within 30-days of purchase, Expertstitch will send a call-tag label to you or your customer at time of issuing the RMA. No call-tag labels will be sent after 30 days of purchase. You will have to ship the product at your own expense.
Expertstitch reserves the right to refuse any return that is not 100% complete, in re-saleable condition (packaging has not been damaged or defaced), and includes original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided in the original box.
You changed your mind and the Manufacturer's box is unopened
Unopened non-defective returns being returned for refund, credit or replacement must be completed within 30 calendar days from the invoice date. (shipping fee will not be refunded). You will be responsible for the return shipping of non-defective products.

Opened non-defective returns being returned for credit or replacement are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be completed within 30 calendar days from the invoice date. Items must be in as-new condition, in original packaging with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. There will be a $5.00 re-boxing fee for products returned in a damaged box. You will be responsible for the return shipping of non-defective products.
What if the product I received is defective?
We stand by the high quality of our products. All defective products may be returned for a replacement (when available) or a refund. All defective products may be returned within 1-year of purchase date for a replacement or refund. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging.
On all defective items, you will not be charged any re-stocking fees or any additional shipping charges. Upon receiving your request for return, we will schedule a call-tag with UPS to pick up the defective product and ship you a replacement at no charge to you. We do not send a call-tag after 30 days of purchase.
